How i applied the make up

After getting the right equipment, I had to apply a layer of laytex. This is so we could get a more wrinkly look to it and allow the wax I'm latter applying to stick better. Next I rolled three strips of wax into sausage like shapes then placed on Hannah's face, I had to rub the edges of the wax into the skin so that the scars would be able to blend in with the whole face. After I had to make small slits in the wax, this is where the fake blood is going to go, so the audience can easily tell its a scar/ cut. Later i mixed white cream make up with some powdered foundation, I did this so the face wouldn't look too pale. While applying the make up i had to be careful to not get too much make up on the scars, otherwise there was a high chance that it could fall off. After covering the whole face and neck with the cream make up, i had to add the eye shadow , to get a good effect I had to mix black and a hint of purple to make it look like she has been possessed. I next had to apply a light black eye shadow to show the cheek bones. Then i added a even more fainter colour of black to bits of her face so it looked like she hadn't washed her face. Finally I got Hannah to put a bald cap on so she could place the wig on her head.
